Each member and spouse now have individual User-IDs (your callsign) and passwords. If your email address is listed correctly on the current roster, you can use the "Get Password" option to have your password sent to that email address.
If you do not have an email address on the roster, or if the email address on the roster is incorrect, you need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your current email account
requesting that your email address be corrected or added to the roster.
You can set or change your password from the "Profile" page in the Members Only section of the website.
